We charge a nominal one-off fee of EUR 5.00 plus EUR 6.90 shipping costs (within Germany) per baseball cap sample. Our extensive range of samples is located at our head office in Düsseldorf, Germany, meaning that we can send you your required sample on the same day if you're in a hurry.

Of course, we would also be happy to provide you with a customised manufacturing sample of your baseball caps on request, in your customised design and with your own embroidered logo. The production time for a manufacturing sample is usually approx. 7 days plus shipping time to Germany, plus the subsequent shipping to your address once the sample has passed a quality inspection at our premises. Depending on the selected shipping method, the delivery time is approx. 2-3 weeks.

A real manufacturing sample of your baseball caps with embroidered logo or customised printing can be ordered from us directly as part of your mass-production order, or ordered separately in advance by means of an individual order. Either way, once it has been released by you, the manufacturing sample serves as a binding template for your subsequent mass production order. Please note that there may be minor deviations between the sample and the mass-produced unit in terms of the material quality, base colours, sizes or design. This is due to production factors as a result of the completely individual production and colouring processes. You can, however, be certain that we will use our many years of experience to ensure that you always get the best possible result - both with the manufacturing sample and the subsequent mass production.
