We are responsible for the quality of our products within the context of the statutory warranty. With all of our customised promotional gifts, we obligate all production sites, including all suppliers, to always comply with all EU regulations that apply to the items in question, and of course in particular in relation to hazardous substances. We also carry out random testing at regular intervals in order to verify compliance with all REACH and statutory parameters that are also relevant to these items.
If required, we will also gladly have your customised production officially certified and/or tested based on all product and usage-relevant parameters by TÜV Rheinland (or another institute of your choice). We would be happy to provide you with an obligation-free quote and detailed timing estimates for your planned production.

We therefore always recommend that you make enquiries with different order quantities in order to get an idea of how the unit costs develop.
